My main question with the time travel is what happened to the Mary of the new timeline. Mistress still remembers her so she wasn’t erased, but she doesn’t seem to be around.

Other than that, fun oneshot.

The maid doesn't exist in the current timeline because the Mistress only vaguely remembers her. It's one of those situations where it's lingering memories of another life, if Mary actually existed as a maid in this timeline there's no way she'd only be able to barely recall her as "that girl"

Rather than starting with cheating, it really seems to have started (and ended, since it's a oneshot) with pre-meditated murder - how romantic! Trading one host of problems for a whole slew of others... that could actually make a fun crime manga/manhwa, the maid/mistress and widow trying to keep not just the murder under wraps and attention diverted, but also their relationship.
The isekai (?) aspects were kind of weird, honestly; not sure what, if anything, it added to the story. I suppose 'love beyond death/reincarnation'?

Just looks like the MC was murdered and then the maid isekai’d “back in time,” and then, murdered the future killer husband. Which is why I thought you were originally going to type something along the lines of “A Yuri that starts with the MC’s Murder” as a title change. Anyway, so that aspect of the story fits.
