There is if you know where to look.

Can you tell me where I can read them?

Danbooru has translations, but you're going to have to really search for them depending on your account (or lack of). Ao3 also has a good chunk of Reimari, and a whole bunch of other well written works for various ships. You can also go straight to the source and search around on pixiv, but likely that won't be a fruitful as the others.

Worked on classifying pretty much all the ReiMari doujins in danbooru. You just have to search Reimari in the description search in the pools page to get them now.
Highly recommend reading this one btw: https://danbooru.donmai.us/pools/15018

An interesting plot for Touhou Project in a Doujinsh would be:
Reimu becomes adult and really powerfull, Yukari then let a small girl for Reimu to train so that little girl can become the next Shrine Maiden in the future.
Marisa too becomes adult and powerfull, still human, and then Yukari let another little girl so Marisa can train this second little girl to become the next helper of the future shrine maiden.
The doujin would portrait how the residents of Gensokyo interacts with those new girls and the acceptance of the little girls as the future protectors of Gensokyo.

All works by ZUN are not doujins, since they've been officially published in magazines and tank form.

That's not how Doujin work is defined, though? Doujin work is not defined in contrast to Official, but professionally and commercially developed projects.

The language is imprecise if you want to nitpick at it, but the determination is/was correct. ZUN's works (on the site) are/were commercially published, whether in commercial magazines or under specific commercial labels. Regardless, I'm pretty sure this note is from a time when we didn't include Official works under Doujin groupings. That's changed since years ago, so I'll see about removing it.
