She's just someone from outside the story. But the author says in the anthology end notes that she's drawn more of the main character elsewhere, so Nanako might show up in some other story.

BTW I heard a rumor once that there's a bag-headed person who would take a serious shot at scanlation if they ever stumbled on some Nega raws.

This was confusing. Didn’t help some of the characters look really similar.

yeah, I had to read it twice to figure who was who.

And the bubbles, I have no idea who is talking especially in the first few pages, and thus have no idea what's going on in the later pages.

I shouldn't have reread this it was a waste of my time
