Only staff members are allowed to upload images to the site. If you want to post your art you can post them to the Discord or the Cafe.

You can not upload stuff, but you can request it to be uploaded, you have the Upload Request option under your profile. The staff will evaluate and decide whether or not to upload it.

I already requested it but I guess either I have no much idea of how to request it or might not be okay to be uploaded

Well, it depends. When did you request? If you requested it within the last 24 hours, it might get in the next batch (depending on the contents of it and other upload requests).
