Its easy to get distracted if you have a GF that looks like Eli lol.

^Im guessing to solve both in the least gross way, stuff partially inside her - like if she had something long down her throat or one of the other options, it remains visible through her body- because its still partly outside/attached to something outside of her. BUT when she fully contains an item- like once food passes beyond her mouth- then it goes invisible?

The only kinda gross thing left is watching her eat - you'd see the food getting munched up in mid air. (unless having her mouth closed counts as food being fully 'inside' her- in which case it would only show if she opened it.
