What is Video Youtuber? Anime, manga, cartoon youtubers or something like Tohou?

They are a group virtual 2D characters created with a face capture app that permit to create this virtual avatars for doing live streams on Youtube or Nico Nico Douga and called Nijisanji.
These two are property of a company called Ichikara Inc., but there's a lot of these characters that are popular in Japan. :)
