No, if you want a picture here (whether your own or not), you can use the same form you use to request the upload of a series. Or maybe reach the mods on Discord/IRC.

You're always welcome to post your own drawings in the #tracing channel on our Discord server. I'm not sure if we have any thread like this currently, but I don't think we'd have any issue with a thread dedicated to user art/fan art. Instructions on how to embed an image on the forum can be found in the Markdown Tutorial. Best of luck, whatever you choose to do.
