I'm having a really hard time seeing this as Eiko x Hana. Instead, it seems more like Eiko really wants to become better friends with Hana. I mean, there's definitely a couple little moments where it's ambiguous what her intent is, but the pairing tag just doesn't seem to be warranted here.

^Pairing tag are by themselves are used to indicate that a doujin is about theses character. It's only when it's paired with the yuri tag you should expect some yuri
