She speaks in a different dialect in Japanese that's from the Kansai region I believe!

Thanks for the translation! You made me went to dig my stash to give it the original reread. If you don't me correcting some stuff, I think in the bottom panel in page 8 Nozomi is asking if Eli was talking about her behind her back which caused her to sneeze and in page 27, I think "Nozomi wants things that are important to her" is a little weird and kinda doesn't makes sense? "Nozomi wants to keep things that are important to her close to her heart." should make more sense.
