I'm not 100% sure about Not Lizard though, it is some joke I missed.

Not Lizard is a joke tag, it doesn't mean anything. 404: Men Not Found (previously known as Missing Y Chromosome) refers to when there are either no significant male characters or no male individuals period in a manga. This includes when it's just part of the manga's style (like in Yuru Yuri, which focuses solely on female characters) or when men literally don't exist within the manga's fictional world.

Yea, I heard that, but what confuses me is the "See also "Not Yaoi"" in tag page.
