As juanelric said, thats literally only the first chapter of the first volume. It was revealed that Mei was forced to kiss him because of her grandfather's arrangement, but was cancelled because Yuzu exposed the fucker. That said, can you please read a series in its entirety (or at least a few chapters more), BEFORE you judge other people?
