I'm not really sure if this is the answer you're looking for, but I think its the way Kougi-san portrays Chika's character based on his/her LL!S doujins. well, cmiiw.

And I for one adore Kougi's slightly masculine Chika. She pairs great with his beautiful Riko, and they're both hot.
