So, Negitoro is apparently Miku x Luka... how do you get "Negitoro" from that anyhow?

Miku's associated "item" is a spring onion (negi). Luka has Tako Luka and tuna. Not quite sure how it came to be called Negitoro but I think its a food of sorts.
