I asked this awhile back in the forum meta thread. Iirc it's because the front page shows only the most recent releases by date. If something shows up on the front page but its actual release date is before the day it's added to the site then it'll most likely show up under the recently added instead. For example: The last couple of chapters of Fragtime. Those were apparently released nearly a year ago so when it was added to Dynasty it didn't show up on the front page.

I see. Well it's good to know, but it doesnt seem like the best way to do things.

It actually does show up on the main part of the page, you just have to scroll down to the actual release day, which could be on a previous page
