This is a dilemma for Elichi for this situation !

It worked, sort of, in Saki (Hakkayata canon) for Takei/Ueno Hisa when Fukuji Mihoko turned into a rabbit girl. Admittedly, it went away at midnite and Haramura Nodoka claimed the long, deep kisses and sharing a bed had no effect, but what does she know.

That was no body swap though, she became the little rabbit.

According to Hisa, kisses fix anything, including body-swaps. And if Swap <==> Swap is any indication, she's right.
