I can relate to that. Sometimes it's really hard to see others suffer. People can be real a**holes in relationships... Just a few months ago my sister separated from her boyfriend. He totally screwed her over. If you think about it, it's really unbelievable 'cause he always seemed like a nice guy. But he was soooo full of lies, it's honestly not easy to comprehend how anyone could be so ruthless with the person they live together with... the one they claim to love even...

But job interviews suck big time anyway!!! It's all so fake and staged.
I think it's time already to go back to the good old times where companies just let you trial work for a while. That way both parties could see whether you're really suited for that job or not. And you can prove your worth like that.
I don't know about other countries but here in Germany a lot of trainee positions stay vacant because both companies and applicants are just expecting too much....
Good old trial work is the most realistic approach that actually delivers the best results.

Don't know, but I never really had a steady sleeping schedule. And lately it's especially messed up. That makes life a little harder and I tend to have some circulation problems when I don't have any good sleep for a while. I was really tired but still busy all day yesterday. I had trouble thinking clearly in the evening but still wanted to leave at least one reply... (^_^“) Maybe not always a good idea... ^^

@Anon99 I feel ya, I'm falling asleep myself, but leaving a few posts is the cafe is mandatory. Oh well, I guess we're both doomed to leave lots of posts while being half-asleep.

Well... it's my own fault so I can't really complain ^^
But lately I've been overdoing it a little... staying up late even when I'm dead tired already, unhealthy food (lots of sugar ;) ) and all that even though I had busier days than usual...
So of course I fell like shit (^_-)v
Now I'm back to just oat flakes in the morning and none sugar dinner.
A little work out.
And I need to sleep a little more and quietly...
The last part is the hardest though...

I've not had a close semblance to a sleeping schedule for 2 years now ^ ^* the woes of having a long distance relationship and timezones issues.

Then again, I personally prefer doing things at night anyways...nearly all of the stuff I've did for projects this year have been overnight and on the day before the deadline ^ ^* Other stuff include viewing some anime raw before the subbed versions arrive, and possibly writing my weekly coverage on my tumblr blog if I feel like posting about it pre-subs.

I can relate to not knowing what a sleeping schedule is, last week I kept falling asleep around 5, 7, 8 o'clock. This week is much better.

@Rina well, it's understandable why you want to make friends with her and root for her; having someone you can relate to is a very positive thing, plus it's kind of like rooting for yourself.

All I can say is that I wish you luck, don't let the awkwardness get the better of ya, but also don't forget this: even if someone is similar to you, that doesn't mean they have as noble intentions as you. Keep that in mind for the future.

@Miki Don't give up! You can always try to find a likeminded indivudal that will help ya make something like that. Plus, writing and doing stuff, even if it'll end up at the buttom of your drawer, always helps with creativity.

@Miki Well, contacts come and go, we just have to roll with the punches and deal with what life is giving you.

As I've said before, writing for your drawer is not bad, you may end up reusing some ideas and dialogues for later. Many authors ended up redoing it, like Raymond Chandler (he refered to the process of incorporating short stories into his longer works as cannibalizing).
