Well, I really didn't want to put this up but I really wanted to reread this specific doujin. And like it said in the title, I wanted help. It's about a Touhou doujin that is about Meiling resigning/ or quitting the SDM and decided to look for another job. Main reason of China's quitting is because Remi decided to give the gatekeeper a salary about finding new job. Well, it was only a poor attempt at joking in Remilia's side.

Anyways, people in the SDM decided to look around for Meiling in order to hire her back. They visited Eientei and various other places and found none. Aya came to just give them a hint and a picture of Meiling entering Eientei. Of course, Remilia was a bit pissed off that they lied to her and decided to just forcefully retrieve her. When they arrived to retrieve the gatekeeper, unfortunately, a barrier was set up, letting no one enter or leave the barrier, mostly Meiling. Insert a bit of dialogue of Remilia in there, Meiling makes a kamekaze attempt in destroying the barrier from the inside.

Unknown reason why I know this but I just need, and I mean NEED to reread it.

And if you know a very good Meiling doujin, please let me know. My new current fav is Meiling~

Anyways, another help. Genre is action about Meiling fighting Remilia because Remi said that there should only be one Scarlet Devil in the... location or something...

This... is starting to irritate me. I and the lack of memories. I probably should exercise my brain more.

Anyways, what I am trying to look for, or hoping to reread, is that, a creation about Mokou. It is before she arrives at Gensokyo and where she has only achieved her fire power. The story goes like this (I think). Mokou wanted revenge on Kaguya. So, she needed power in order to do that. She heard about a rumor about a Phoenix that would grant her powerful erm, powers. And then, when Mokou arrived at the scene, said Phoenix was very surprised to see a girl all alone and managed to climb the mountains. And Mokou revealed her immortality to the fire bird.

Long story short, Mokou heard about a rumor about the phoenix, Mokou climbs the mountain where the bird was, talked the immortal's way to get the bird, bird became ashes, ashes was eaten by Mokou, then skill acquired.

Ugh, I know the one you want but I can't remember. The story actually starts with her being merely an immortal human, and is caught by a youkai who keeps her chained up as a source of constantly regenerating meat. Eventually she returns and destroys the youkai with her new power before heading off to find Kaguya. I searched, but haven't had much luck so far.

Yes. She indeed started as an immortal. I just don't remember the youkai part... Just that there are people from a palace that under the orders by their king, bring the phoenix back to the said king. Well, the king part really isn't that much important, just that Mokou followed them.

I even searched Fire Bird (dunno why) but it came empty...
