I totally think these two are a couple, even if there isn't much in the story itself. Part of it is from that extra where I believe the black haired one said that if they got together then they'd end up in an even more niche manga.

But somehow I pictured Misaka and Kuroko being dressed in traditional Kimonos for their wedding. And perhaps Index performing the ceremony (although she may not have the authority to perform a ceremony).
