The impetuous for all of this, the wolf not being able to read of all things, and being pissed off by Remilia not letting him hear the rest of the story, rather ruined the mood, but the concept in the earlier portions was interesting. I have seen that idea in one other place, a PV actually, where Remilia does kill Sakuya.
Re-reading, I'm still disappointed by how Pigeonblood botched the execution. The wolf was the most ridiculous entity I've seen and its entire existence overshadowed Remilia's determination to be a different master, which I think was the main point of the story. I have to admit the parallel between the wolf's master's and Remilia's reaction to seemingly being attacked by their servants was nice, but the wolf/master story was contrived and its actions while possessing Sakuya nonsensical.
