Yeah, it means "After No-rae recovered".

歌儿 = No-rae (the first character means "song", which as we know is what "no-rae" means)
痊愈 = heal/recover
后 = after

I'm fairly certain, but you can always wait for gongnongjie to confirm, if you wish.
