Kinda dark in a way? I like it though

Didn't think I'd ever see male Byleth on this site.

I'm guessing the author also had a Marianne that turned into a monster during battle in the late game.

I see this as less "dark" and more "these useless lesbians can't say they like each other and make up excuses to monopolize each other's time"

I read this earlier on Tumblr, and thought the last few pages were from Hilda to Marianne, not the other way around. That clarification definitely helps make this more interesting.

Idk why people are saying it's dark. A bit toxic? Yeah. Like- wanting to monopolize someone and wanting them to keep needing your help is definitely a bit selfish and toxic
But not precisely dark, just humans being humans
