I'm not particularly fond of futa, but the big clit fetish is one of the very few exceptions to pure, vanilla yuri that I personally enjoy. When I saw this posted not too long ago, I knew I had to translate it ASAP. Except futa is rarely, if ever, presented as a transgender. It's fetish material, pretty much solely produced for porn. If there was trans presentation, I'd have a totally different reaction to it.

I would agree. That's not to say that futanari manga can't make for really titillating porn, which I'm still a fan of, but it doesn't really ever delve into issues like dysphoria.

Anyways, this manga was alright. Not much to say here. I always see people complaining about futa in the forums, but this site even has het on it, so just don't read it if it's not your cup of tea.

I'm not saying they're trans. I'm saying that people ungender characters based on the presence of a cock. If a cis girl magically grows a penis in a manga, she still identifies as a girl. So her having sex with another girl is still a girl having sex with a girl. By that reasoning it should still be yuri. But the presence of a cock is seen as somehow negating or undermining the character's identity as a girl, so people don't wanna label futa yuri as yuri. The message is that the presence or absence of a cock is what gender's a character. It's saying that girls with cocks aren't girls as much as those without.

Because a lot of people feel an intolerable and inescapable urge to justify their dislike of any dicks in their yuri with something more complicated than 'I don't like dicks in my yuri'.

I dunno, it's probably mostly an heterodoxy thing. One True Yuri. Don't mean people should have to read what they don't like or not get warned, but yeah. It's a bit weird to pretend a girl with a dick ceases to be a girl if she identifies that way because our current level of technology doesn't allow for that particular form of gender/sexual expression.
