Sumin was almost about to mention the ring in ch80 to Sungji.. as she plays with her fingers in the caffè.. IMO as the sentence got cut off
but indeed, Sumin must've seen Seju tossing the ring to Sungji.
-> Sungji never told her where and how she lost the ring exactly.. and we never saw them discussing that nor that Sumin has the balls to ask.

but I'm sure that Sumin didn't hear them in ch27, for a simple reason <- the house thing
she doesn't know that Sungji knows about who is the real owner of that house

I think we have "Seju fan", "Sumin fan who prefers Sumin x Sungji", and "Sumin fan who prefers Sumin x Seju" (me). That's why I look kind of like a Seju fan.
