The Violence tag is simply there as a warning for the gore. I don't really know if it's necessary.
Nothing more from this little series was ever translated, though there are further episodes posted on Prethloid's pixiv, if anyone is interested.

Having read the other two chapters on Pixiv (the story is complete), it seems that nobody was actually killed (the "body" was a doll), the one who set up everything was Sakuya, who leapt back in time twice, and the mastermind behind it all was Remilia, because she wanted to eat pudding. Don't ask me why. I don't get the joke either.
