After reading the Renai Idenshi XX, Yamanko, Kase-san, Pieta, Kawaii Anata, Strawberry Panic and
Hakodate Youjin Buraichou Himegami (even that some of them didn't really contain those what I search) I've really been addicted to this kind of manga... So fucki*g addicted!! [>.<] [>.<]

So do you guys have any recommendation/suggestion for best shoujo-ai or yuri manga that contain a tomboy/boyish character as the main lead?

Otsu Hiyori has some boyish characters, like in Orange & Yellow. Some of her other oneshots tend to have characters that don't necessarily look boyish, but behave in a masculine fashion (stoic characters).

There are plenty of others. I would just read everything. There are some Non-moe art ones that have very masculine characters like Hands off my Girl as well.

Shoujo holic would probably fit with Nagi as a tomboy too.

Chitose is frequently referred to as "a girl who is like a boy", so yeah.

One of the main characters of Yamanko is often mistaken for a boy, although she's more on the passive side so maybe not what's being sought.
