It starts out looking like it could be yuri but quickly shifts over into some incredibly forced het. It's a cute show with good animation but it tends to feel rather generic.

Translation:
Speech bubble on left: Haa
Speech bubble in the middle: Ah
Seola: No... Norae (it) hurts.

Sorry to burst your bubble but they're just moaning....

Translation:
Top bubble: Ha... Euh
Middle bubble: Euhng... (It) hurts
