So I'm wondering, it says download limit is 8 chapters but each time I download 3 chapters I get the "you ve reached the limit popup". Are chapters calculated in how many pages there are in it ?

Yeah that's correct. The download limit doesn't reset at a specific "X time" each day for everyone, but rather an individual 24 hours based on your downloads. So if you download 8 things at say 1:35pm, your download limit be refreshed at that time the next day.

Ok so I waited over 3 days before I downloaded again, so there's 100% no issue of 24 hours have gone by.

Did you have any trouble with downloading the files? It counts every time you attempt to download something, so multiple attempts or accidental clicks on the same chapter still each count towards the limit.

In any case, if Bloom Into You is specifically what you want, you'll have an easier time going to the scanlator's page and using the Mediafire folder listed as their site (and I recommend taking a look at scanlator sites in general for downloads as you can at times avoid using up your Dynasty download limit).
