There's an interesting thought. I always read this as them living in a time after Gensokyo is gone, but maybe it's a time when the modern world itself is a distant memory, and thus one of the "lost things" that find their way to Gensokyo.

Oh, in my short 32 years i also had this heaviness of existence because thing has change and dissapear specially online so in regular i had this crisis of nostalgic that make me comeback to this DJ that understand so well those feelings

I still think that is true! Eirin loves her Kaguya! They are both immortal beings and I am sure that as long as they are together all will be well!
