Rose is so fucking extra she puts James Bond to shame.

I think the reason she's crossdressing and how she feels about it will determine how much of a twist it is. If she's just doing it because everyone expects the next head of state to be male, and it's essentially a uniform she has to wear, then I don't think it'll change all that much.

According to the Mangadex description, she's crossdressing because she's filling in as a body double for her brother, who has gone missing.

The ending reminds me of the story of Joseph. For those who don't know, Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers and was bought by Potiphar. However, Joseph's education made him too valuable to be a mere slave so Potiphar promoted him to head servant. Only time will tell if this trend continues.

Can I just say? Thank you guys for making the Tvtropes page I made for this the busiest page I've ever made on the site.

Anyway here are my theories:

I think the Villainess System is the creation of the Yvonne from the original otome game, offended by this... "pretender" that's wearing her face. That would explain the blackout Evie experienced at the end of the date.

As for the future Elsa looking character, it's most likely that the System gave Evie a task with no way out and so chose death before harming her beloved. As she lay dying, however, Elsa was able to perceive the System and so set out to save Evie. The only problem was: how do you beat something that's apparently unbeatable. Well, it took a lot of trial and error, and many trips to the past, but she finally cracked it, and is now ready for the real attempt.

^^ Trust me random, it's a hell of a lot less sexy than it sounds. Literally, everyone in this show has the "smart" personality trait, so it's really boring to watch because they never shut up. If it were a manga, the speech bubbles would completely cover up the art.

I have a theory about those aliens. I don't think it was an invasion, I think it was a conservation mission. Why would they have pods that allow women to breed with each other, complete with instructions understandable by humans, and not expect it to be used by us?
