Cause Nobara is gay for Yukiko, there is even a chapter at the festival where Nobara and the childhood friend make a plan about how Nobara can look like a good girlfriend. And as for the kiss, you're on for a wild ride , They only kiss at Ch.188 and the manga end at Ch.190.

Considering the treatement given to the anime, it's not strange to think it got axed.As for translation, we got Ch.33 not so long ago but the release of chapters is very slow and I don't hvae a clear source for the raws so it's quite hard to know how much we are behind or not. No to mention we lack some Vol.4 and the entierity of Vol.5 for the translation.

Poly is always the cheapest answer to a love triangle.

I mean, look at Fuwa's pespective, Succubus need human energy to survive so relation between Succubus make it difficult. She is the only one who can give Yukiko what she need. I highly .doubt she will agree to share. Poly is always the cheapest answer to a love triangle.

Maybe you mean a three person relationship and not a threesome. A threesomeis the sexual act with 3 person and well it happen more than often. A three person relation or Polyamory like it's called is less common yes and I suposs (and hope) thats what you're against.

And from GoogledAnon's prediction, next chapter could be a smut one. So would it be between Fuwa and Yukiko while Konomi come and witness it, a threesome (low probability but who know) or another Yukiko/Konomi round.
