When I tell you this got me hooked when I realized the two main girls were actually into each other. Truly a Blessing when a yuri manga isn't actually bait.

I really wish I could read this but after the first chapter I just can't tell some of these girls apart, as someone said, it took way too much effort to even realize there's multiple :P

C’mon, folks—pay attention:

  • Ami-chan: dark hair, just reaches her shoulders, front fringe blocked straight across.

  • Ran-san: dark hair, comes somewhat past her shoulders, irregular front fringe.

  • Akari-chan: short light hair.

  • Yuu-chan: long light hair, eyes droop down.

[Feel free to cut out this post for future reference as you read along.]

And gods forbid we ever get a scene where they all have their hair up. Or we see them from angles where their hair length isn’t obvious.

Thank you for this. I was legitimately trying to see the difference between the characters and it seems the love interests both have different lengths of hair except they still part ways the same.

Sad yeehaw. Everytime they have these end of the world tropes they never continue them but they're always fun to read atleast. This one was a bit unexpected with its ending.

It'd say this was an interesting read atleast. You can't really compare it to the last series the artist made but it feels very real since a lot of time you'll find bittersweet crushes you've had as a kid. Seeing different points of views was fun but I hope there's something similar to this with longer chapters.

Ohmygod I got whiplash from this because I LOVED this manga so much as a teen bc I didn't see a lot of yuri manga with dark skinned characters during the time it came out. Got I miss them so dearly.

Kind of confused. Does it mean that she was able to actually confirm she's still loved by her so she can move on to actually obtaining her?

Love this type of trope especially when it's rough

This series seems much more grounded compared to many others on this site. I personally don't think there will be any romance but not because of anything complicated and more for boring practical reasons.

This series follows a female editor at a Japanese publication company, females in Japan typically avoid romance in the formative years of their career due to Japanese culture. Combine that with Tanaka being Toda's editor and thus being in a position of power can lead to an unbalanced power balance in a relationship.

Tanaka comes across as too professional to do something like that in a series as realistic & grounded as this.

Welp...

Ngl this was such a good surprise and I'm so glad I sticked through this fun Rollercoaster
