The guy who shows up out of nowhere drags the entire anime into a pathetic damsel in distress trop each time he appears. He also always ends up with his face on her crotch; this being a forced joke used all over the anime. At the beginning you've got hope, then the whole thing just turns as a massive yuri killer.

I read some spoilers, the guy is named Tusk and according to TV Troopes he's an inconsistent character: one minute, he's pretty skilled and the next minute, he's either diving on Ange crotch or Ange's diving on him mainly thanks to his clumsiness, in ep 14 Ange and Tusk kiss and apparently almost had sex but were interrupted, as the series have already two mangas and a game for PS Vita, something tells me that it will end in a cliffhanger and eventually have a second season, well as long Ange don't end with Tusk eventually I will watch it.

Edit: But how many years it will take for me to watch it is another question...

I've haven't watched either of them but I've never heard anybody that likes yuri say anything good about Cross Ange.

You shouldn't watch Witch Craft Works for the yuri because it's more of a homosexuality-never-works-out kinda thing.

Cross Ange will end in march, so I doubt it will have any yuri, and if it will have yuri end it will probably feel really forced,
and Witch Craft Works I never really expected any yuri, unless they reveal that the mothers of the protagonists broke up fo another reason and the marriage was just an excuse to hide it and they end up together, but I doubt it.

Considering the dialogue on pages 29 & 30: "[...] it's not just you. Saya, Arisu, Mayu, all of them" and the response of Saori being called out as being crazy for actually being in love with someone... Somehow that does not really sound like anyone was looking for a serious relationship there, with Saori simply being a popular player in mutually uncommitted liaisons.

Her actually falling in love for once made her usual way of interacting crumble, forcing her into completely new territory, as she herself states on page 33; coincidentally including a passage from her about how all the previous trysts were not about love but merely about excitement from both sides. Mayu's quick bounce-back also seems to support that line of reasoning (this is not to say that she wasn't disappointed or hurt initially, but her emotional commitment wasn't too deep).

I imagined it would be because of that, I'm from Brazil and here piracy is common, I found a lot of licensed manga online in my language, I don't read them because I'm too used to english, reading in my language is not the same anymore.

Although I would be able to buy a digital copy of the manga in english, it would end up not being woth because of the value of the dollar here, I will always pay at least the double if I buy something in dollar, right now the value is 1R$ = 2,85$, for example, I have seen one volume of Shingeki no Kyojin for 10$, I would basically pay 28,50$, and if the translation was dropped because it was licensed like Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?, I probably never be able to read it.

I remember reading somewhere, possibly here on Dynasty, that Kyou Kara Yonshimai was a drop in quality compared to Ebisu-san and Hotei-san, I had a look in the other mangas from Satou Nanki, there there are only five of his mangas translated, Ichigo no Gakkou (2007), Megane x Parfait! (2007), Usotsuki Paradox (2009), Ebisu-san to Hotei-san (2010) and Kyou Kara Yonshimai (2013), It's just my opinion but from what I read it's more likely that in Ebisu-san and Hotei-san is where the quality had gone up, and in Kyou Kara Yonshimai the quality dropped to the same of his previous works.

I totally agree, I don't know about the others but Usotsuki Paradox was far worst than this one. Actually I don't hate Kyou Kara Yonshimai, it's not that bad. Ebisu-san to Hotei-San must have been an exception

It's annoying that Usotsuki Paradox is 10 volumes and apparently as a conclusive ending, Kyou Kara Yonshimai could easily had one more volume, one chapter would have been enough to give it a better ending, well Kashiwa and Kasumi are still togheter, so can't really complain much as there was risk of Kashiwa ending up with Uozumi....

Talking about stealing translation, something that always left me perplexed, does uploading somewhere a manga that was licensed causes too much problems? I found few licensed mangas or light novel uploaded, so I was wondering if it is because it would cause problems with the law or if anyone didn't want to do that.

Just wanted to say that Kasumi is the character I liked most in the whole manga. I totally understand her saying she prefers Kashima staying male or wanting to have kids and all. The thing what I had problems with were the words "If you had the surgery we'll eventually have to break up." It may sound naive but I believe if you really love someone you would stay together with that person even if he/she had a sex change. In that way I really find what Kasumi said later on to Kashima in the diner that much more satisfying.

Kasumi is the only really good character, I also like Botan and Kashiwa but they could had been better, if possible I would punch everyone in the face except Kasumi, and kill Uozumi and that guy that hit Botan, two of the most worthless and horrible male characters that I had ever seen.

And yes, your english was more than good enough. I was born in America and mine isn't nearly that good :x

Well, it could have been a lot better, although it is a little vague it's kind of a good end, Kashiwa and Kasumi are still a couple, the call could only be from Botan so they are stil a family and she will not disappear like their father (who else would make they have that reaction?), I just didn't like that Sakura ended up with Uozumi, I hate that guy.
They should had made a epilogue, or at least an extra chapter, a little disapointing but there mangas with worst endings, when they even have a ending, for those who think that end is bad, it would had been a lot worse if Kashiwa ended up with Uozomi....

It was kind of expected, there is a lot of people who don't like cheating, so when she left the family because she could not stand it anymore of course those people would be the first to judge her and forget all those years that she sacrificed eveything for her family.
