TL;DR Tier lists are garbage and you should be paying attention to the synergy between the characters you have as opposed to what characters are considered S tier or whatever compared to others. Unless it's about Venti cause he's literally just the best unit in the game currently. This mainly applies to characters like Bennett, Beidou, Ningguang, Noelle, etc. The channel I linked earlier also has a Ningguang guide if you want to see it. She's a really good main dps character that can do a lot of stuff at once. People also shat on Jean saying she's only good as a support but lol then how come her healing is based off her atk?

Thanks again for the advice. I usually don't pay much attention to tier lists anyways lol. Also Dreamy's great; I've been watching her Arknights videos for a while and she's the reason I got into Genshin Impact in the first place. I'm hoping she'll make a Fischl guide soon as she's still been my primary DPS.

Also the first 5-star artifact I found was a Hydro damage elemental mastery thing; I feel like the game's trying to get me to build a DPS Barbara. Which honestly I might end up doing; I don't have any solid plans for a 2nd team yet since I've been saving my primogems and so I don't have many characters. Plus Barbara's already pretty high level for me, so why not?

It's up to the people with actual control over tags to include them. For some reason you can't actually suggest it as a tag. (Though you can suggest the removal of one that's already there for some reason??)

You can suggest "Status: Ongoing" as a tag - I did just now. Although weirdly the tag only appeared for me if I typed in "ongoing", not "status".

BTW, it's recommended to stop at level 50 for your non-dps characters if you're F2P cause of the sheer resources it takes to upgrade. I'm personally going for level 70 cause you unlock the last talent at that ascension and I bought the battle pass so I have a larger amount of resources that I have access to.

The end of the first light novel is still a ways away. I checked the Kindle version, and the manga isn't even 20% through the first volume yet.

@Arcane Any idea how many physical LNs the series will span? I mean up to the end of the first part of the novel when the game would have ended? And the digital one is the same i assume- not the whole thing?

I've read the web novel and would like to reread it physically- but only once its all out. I dont think vol 2 in feb is the last one is it? seems a lot to fit in just 2 volumes.

There are 3 light novel volumes right now; I'm pretty sure that's all there will be (unless the sequel also gets made into a light novel).

I wonder if becoming Claire's maid was even an option in the original game? Because it seems so specific to Rei's particular interests that I don't see why it would be present in a plot focused entirely on dating the princely trio.

According to the original web novel chapter, the main character getting a part-time job was an important thing in the game, but there's no mention if actually becoming a maid (much less Claire's maid) was originally an option. If I had to guess, it probably wasn't - even though Claire and the original MC's relationship was very different from Claire and Rei's current relationship, Claire probably wouldn't have wanted her as a maid either way.

For those wondering, this chapter was based on the web novel chapters 8 and 9, with the former being the meeting with Rod and the latter being her becoming Claire's maid. No major changes happened here, though one of the things I do like about this version is that we got to see Claire blushing at Rei sincerely defending/complementing here. Also lol at Misha being resigned at being a third wheel.

I started reading this just because of how silly the premise was, and somehow ended up binging through it all in a single sitting and becoming super invested in the story and characters lmaoo. The artstyle and designs are really nice too (also Purple best boy)

Same, this series was a lot more wholesome than I was expecting. I really like the artstyle as well - it's pretty distinctive.

Also, there's a weird exploit where you can get an infinite amount of matsutakes and bird eggs by beating up a flower. It seems you need to be playing co-op for it and use a character that can spam Electro (ie Lisa).

Also, who's everyone using/building right now? I'm using Geo Traveller, Fischl, and some combination of Xiangling/Barbara/Noelle. I haven't actually gotten any 5 stars yet but I'm pretty satisfied with who I'm using at the moment; Fischl is surprisingly strong and just murders everything, especially since I managed to get her first constellation doing f2p.

I like the idea of Amber being a giant unintentional(?) flirt towards Lumine.

Very nice. I don't actually have either of them (and haven't met either in the story yet) so this is probably wrong, but after talking to the people on Beidou's ship I'd like to imagine the reason Beidou's at Liyue Harbor is to see Ningguang.

Something I forgot to mention that I thought was funny is that the author apparently likes Ucchi x Yuri too, which is like one of the crackiest crack ships there is for Watamote (and surprisingly, a ship that's already already on Dynasty)
