@Thiaguinho-sama I don't remember Tougou explicitly saying she loves Yuuna. It is heavily implied though. And her actions in the first VN are that of a person in love.

Well, like I said, it's because I knew everything about Madoka beforehand so it didn't seem so bad.

Tougou is certainly head over heels for Yuuna, people could make some points about Yuuna not being in love with Tougou and just being a really good friend. But yeah, I think Yuuna is also in love with Tougou, it's just her mindset isn't anywhere near love or like. As for Karin, her first story in the first VN more or less confirms she has a crush on Yuuna Yuuna sleeps over at Karin's for a study session and seems like there is a few more moments in the second one, though Sonoko ships Fuu x Karin.

Just because she has an excellent career doesn't make her a good actress. They just hire her because of her ties to Twilight, either that, or they just have bad taste... and of course all this is just my opinion.

Also considering the rumours that slept with one of the producers of a movie she was in. But who knows.

I think so yes. It could be an entirely different story as well though.

Don't really know, but Sonoko comes back as it is seen in the last episode and she's kind of like Mugi from K-ON, as in from what I've read she 'ships' TougouxYuuna and FuuxKarin, though she is very attached to Tougou as well, it's a shame I can't get the Vita game because that's a whole another thing.

The first one is translated, while the second one has a few of the short stories translated and it's being worked on every now and again. The first VN is between episodes 5-7 I think, and the second one is after the anime.

The VN's came bundled with the BDrips, volume 1 and 6 respectively.

@ColonalCat perhaps because I knew pretty much everything before I watched Madoka it didn't seem as dark, but there is something about getting your body parts/functions stolen and never able to die that is darker than just repeating stuff, also Tougou's 10 times attempted suicide

Also seems like Tougou is more or less confirmed lesbian and in love with Yuuna while Karin has a crush on Yuuna (seemingly). The creators though try to push Fuu x Karin. That's taken from the VNs

I think the robbing of the physical abilities relies on the hero system being actually ACTIVE, Sonoko remarks how they only drove the vertexes back, which of course you could still argue is what Yuna and the others PRESUMED to not have done so the Hero System being on stand-by between Tougos memory loss until the next attack and the sorta makes sense to me which makes the robbing more like borrowing to me.

Also the part where Yuna collapses is probably completly symbolic and I expect a new cast for the sequel

Oh, almost forgot, this maybe stretching a bit but here is a theory I have: the Taisha made a deal/used Yuuna as a catalyst for everything the others lost so the Taisha could concentrate on restoring the rest of the crew and Sonoka before starting to recover Yuuna, (you know how self-sacrificing she is and how she remarked how she would find a way out of the situation after the reveal) the bunch of pressed flowers could very well hint on a big amount of time that passed between her first recovery and the recovery of the others

Wasn't it implied that because the blast was so close to the tree that it absorbed all of the excess energy and because of that the vertex' recovery is delayed and why they got healed? After all you see the tree glow with the energy from the blast. I thought it was because of that.

Otherwise just watched it, and I gotta say, to me it was a bit darker than Madoka albeit less yuri in it.

Started it but stopped after I found out that one of the girls fake(?) dies. Now I'm gonna wait for her to show up again before I start watching again. And The Fosters is gonna take me a while to get though.
I did like what I saw in the first 3 episodes though.

You're going to wait a looooong while then she fake dies because the actress is pregnant with twins and is taking a two year break

Shit hits the fan when season 3 starts, before that it's kind of procedural but there is a lot of backstory to the characters.

Yeah, I get that. I don't know why I love bad people in my media so much. Quite a few of my favorite anime/manga characters are assholes too.
And to be honest, The L Word kinda had too much kissing. Can't believe I'm saying that. It's like, well, here goes 5 minutes of nothing important happening. Again. And 70% of those kisses happen because of cheating anyways so it's hard to be happy about them.

You should watch PoI then, almost all bad guys are lovable. While others are just plain awesome.
