I think maybe a good rule of thumb for such things is that unless there is a clear movement in that direction, such as There's Weird Voices Coming From the Room Next Door!, it's probably best to not waste the energy.

I can't stop laughing at the human-sized deflated muppet...thing Aizawa turns into on page 31. Haven't seen such hilarious one-panel depictions of characters since School Zone (RIP).

Over-saturation and scrambling for profit via quantity over quality is the sign of a failure to do the basic job of a talent company - showcasing individual talents' strengths while keeping them happy and feeling that it's worth their while to be a part of it. Nijisanji doesn't care about the talents. They care only about keeping the money rolling in, no matter how many waves they have to roll out, screw over, and graduate to do it. I only hope those still in the company who haven't wised up will do it soon. Kurosanji doesn't deserve the place they have in the v-tuber community.

Darth Vader being Luke's father was a retcon. An author shifting how a character behaves as their series goes on to better tell their story is not. You don't have to like that they felt the need to do that, for whatever reason, but it does not change the context of the previous parts of the work. I, personally, was very unsatisfied with how Mai's character ended up losing her inexplicable adult-isms as the series progressed, but it does not constitute a retcon.

Mya-nee shows some growth, if only a little.

They're great, Daphie, and I appreciate all of the work you do to bring them to us. I love ALL kinds of romance stories, even if I couldn't see myself in the same situation. Even seeing a single negative comment on such a mundane tag really makes me wonder about the people who hate such a normal thing so much as to actually comment on it. Yes, I said normal. It's normal for human beings to have relationships, regardless of the sex or gender of the people involved.

I actually thought this chapter would be the one to shut certain people up, but some people just live in their own little outrage worlds disconnected from objective reality and any sense of nuance.

I guess I don't really understand why people are in an uproar over interactions between children. I could see why someone might be uneasy if one of these characters happened to be an adult (are adults even shown in this series at all?), but some of the responses I've seen here are either completely blowing things out of proportion or talking about things that haven't even happened yet without using spoiler quotes. I'm not sure which.

I believe it comes down to people's answer to the following: "is it still lolicon if they're both minors?"

After thinking about this for quite a while, even I don't have a concrete answer for this, yes or no. In the majority of cases, I would probably say no, but I can't deny that there are occasions and scenarios where it would be yes. An extremely mature teenager being in love with a small girl would definitely be jarring. But that isn't what we see here; not even close.

If at some point, the author decides to go the route of an actual coupling of a high schooler and elementary schooler, I would understand people's uneasiness. But until that point, there really isn't a purpose to the drive-by morality policing posts.

Last chapter really was my cue to get off this ride, but this one firmly cements it. It's unfortunate, because I liked the vampire yuri nonsense up until this point. I love this artist's style, so it's extra disappointing to see them incorporate such laughably bad scenarios and motivations for characters. This is the kind of character backstory I would have made up when I was 14.
