Also I really don’t get why so many people are complaining about ‘rape’. Yeah it felt a little forceful on Saika’s part, at the beginning of the story, and it would have been pretty bad if Maria didn’t like it, but the entire time they were having sex she was super into it. She liked it beginning to end, so I don’t see how anyone could call this rape.

I don't know if it's gotten better in recent years or not, but the depiction of assault is alive and well, as shown by this story. All stereotypes have a basis in reality, and this is no different.

Don't much care for this trope either. I get yuri is all about the ladies, but I hate it when manga make guys look like total assholes for no reason other than what seems to be sour feminist grapes. Yes, there are some really shitty dudes out there, just like there's some really messed up women.
