I feel like the reason the MC didn't want the ghost to come near her head was because she knew her memory that someone loved her would set her free and help her to move on. She didn't want the ghost to move on because then she would have the chance to spend more time with her. Even if the ghost did go travelling, she would come back to her some day and they could spend more time with each other. But now that she has moved on, the ghost is happy, but the MC was forced to confront the fact that the girl she loved is really gone. But the best way forward is for her to move on, of course.

I hope this is a trilogy or becomes a series ~

Series... When something is this adorable, you ALWAYS demand a series.

I really like that this story is not one of a star-crossed romance, nor is it filled with unnecessary drama. Instead, this is just a simple realistic story about self-discovery and the process of accepting your own reality. It just so happens that the discovery being made includes, and is catalyzed by, an attraction to someone of the same gender.

I kinda like the concept - one of them had a traumatic experience with friends in the past, and would obviously be unwilling to label someone as such moving forward; so it made sense that if she were to end up with a romantic partner, they'd skip that friend step. But I would've liked to have seen a little more attraction from Nemoto's side, because it was mentioned that she was obsessed with Sakaguchi, but we didn't really see that.

Mari is such a lady killer, and she does all of that knowingly. In the sheets, Yuu might be the boss, but outside, she gets teased and lady-killed by Mari so much. Yuu is such a submissive possessive childishly-bossy tsundere, and somehow that makes her super cute.

"What am I supposed to do with memories?" she said, to the woman who had lived her whole life unable to let go of her past love.

and Rii in the second one muttering "i miss you" to someone in her sleep.

Didn't you read the chapter ? Rii talk about her big sister, it's probably her she miss.

Acchan in the first chapter waking up and reassuring herself "I'm okay, I'm okay"

I mean, when all the humanity is gone and you're alone with your GF it's pretty normal to try convince you it will be okay.

It sort of feels like this story is about to go south down a path lush with angst and depression

Again, all humanity is dead and there are two girls. Unless like in this one they manage to make sciences babies, they are condamned to die without possibility of making descendant. It's already enough depressing in itself.

Yes, but setting aside those few things, the tone of the story has remained pretty light for these 2 chapters. I agree that Rii probably misses her sister and Acchan was probably feeling the PTSD. Although, neither of these are confirmed, they are our best guesses.

Again, looking at PMMM, we were talking about middle school girls using guns and other weapons to kill supernatural demons that caused people to fall into depression and attempt suicide. It was dark, but the tone of the story never made it feel like that until the first shocking event.

Ummm why was the picture smashed at the end did she do it or her GF hmm

I got the feeling the picture was damaged earlier after it fell over and Rii set it back up when visiting. If it was just smashed, why would it still be standing?

For some reason every chapter ends with a closeup of some object, as if it was reaaally super important and relevant in some way... but I never get what's the big deal with the stuff.

Ch1 had the pill bottles and a picture face down on the table; this one has that smashed pic with only the two chicks (mom and her? mom and sis? she and sis?) and no old man.

Maybe all of this hints at some big secret, but so far I'm not getting it.

Not just that, the each of the girls keep worrying about something - Acchan in the first chapter waking up and reassuring herself "I'm okay, I'm okay." and Rii in the second one muttering "i miss you" to someone in her sleep.

It sort of feels like this story is about to go south down a path lush with angst and depression, and these first few chapters are just the calm before the storm.

But this isn't listed as a series, and there seems to be no set upload schedule. The best we can do is hope for a story that can shake us to the core with its turn to the darker side of life. Another PMMM, if you will.

Its refreshing to read something like this, and I wouldn't be opposed to mangas taking this approach and giving us something different.

I was actually hoping, and expecting that they both would get the idea to try and cross that border; not just Delphi.

I really think this shouldn't be tagged as Age Gap. I feel like the yuri is strictly between Midori and Tsugumi, and has nothing to do with Haru other than the fact that she serves as a reminder of Tsugumi. Hopefully, in the future, the yuri will be between Midori and a new character, breaking the unsaid rule that the first two main character suitable girls in a yuri manga will be the main couple. Or rather, the rule that the story starts when the main yuri couple meets.

I'm not a fan of whatever is happening with Aoba and Momiji; and I was downright pissed when Yun didn't win that contest. And when Christina said that someone needed to be cut, I was so scared for everyone, especially Aoba.

But looks like this was the best outcome. (Best girl) Hifumi kept saying how she was uncomfortable with the Art Director post because of her anxiety, etc. And their reasoning for making Yun the Art director instead was also pretty good. Still pissed that Yun didn't win, but this is the next best thing, I suppose.

im pretty sure this new game will be a total failure, having big tits as the director fell super wierd and forced, she is super indecisive about what she wants and thats a no good for a director, she really is not up there yet to have that post.

I get what you're saying, but this is a sort of side project that they're doing in between major releases. Something nobody even knows about. For that reason alone, I think its fine to try out other people. At some point, experienced people will move on to greener pastures (like Kou), or retire (less likely in this manga because even Shizuku seems quite young). Makes sense as a company, and Christina's decisions really make it feel like a realistic company.

Speaking of, I'm really starved for oblivious lady-killer Kou and yuri disaster Rin moments. :(

Friendly warning there is actually no yuri in volume one. Proceed with an open mind.

I'm actually quite okay with that. I didn't want there to be Yuri between a woman who loved someone so much that they are willing to take that person's daughter in to live with her without any questions, and that very daughter. Especially for the stupid reason that they simply look identical. It would actually be quite refreshing for Midori to just live with Tsugumi's memory and learn to find someone new, who isn't just a doppelganger. Probably the daughter can help her move on, since Midori seems stuck in the past. In the meantime, maybe the daughter can get affected by the Yuri virus and find her own Yuri love.

I don't really care what is happening, I think we've all kind of moved past this manga after it disappeared for a long time. It was revolutionary when it came out, being a Yuri Harem Comedy. Nowadays, it's just a comedy.

Side note: 'Maiden Warfare' LOL XD

Normally, I'd want Aoba's art to win, just because she is the protagonist and similar stuff. But since this is Hajime's game, I kind of want to see Hajime and Yun make the game together, while Aoba can do her rivalry with Momiji in the background.

Also, more Rin x Kou please mangaka-san. We were left on kind of a cliffhanger of their psuedo-date in Paris. Please FEED ME MORE!

Hmm, “half the couples aren’t yuri”? Is that true, or is that just blowing smoke out of someone’s ass? Let’s see, shall we?

Let’s start with the ones that are definitely couples in a romantic sense:

  • Sawa & Itsuki—we know that because we just saw it.
  • Asuka & Mikaze—broke up, then got back together. Closest we’ve seen to people actually having sex.
  • Mizuki & Moe—sexiest kiss in the series; planning their lives together.
  • Chiharu & Izumi—“We’re a couple,” says Chiharu.
  • Amane, Ryou & Nina—hmm, we don’t see them in a naked 3-way, true, but if that’s not yuri, I don’t know what it is.

Almost certainly going to be a romantic couple rather shortly:
* Shiramine & Yurine

Ambiguous Status for a Reason:
* Aika & Haine—Incest
* Nagisa & Hikari—Double Tsunderes, will deny they like each other when they’re living together with a bunch of cats in their 70s.

Longtime Friends in a Remarkably Intense Relationship:
* Yukina & Towako

So, not counting the unrequited and/or silent crushes and the Little Theater pairs, and assuming that the definition of “yuri” doesn’t require on-panel fisting scenes as confirmation, I’m seeing a good deal more yuri than not.

YMMV.

I agree, if anything, it just feels like the mangaka was just taking Shiramine through these couples in the reverse order of how publicly explicit they maintain their relationship. For example, Mizuki and Moe have planned to live together and everything, but haven't really told anyone of their relationship, even Shiramine. Of all the couples in this series, they seemed to be the couple that has the most stable relationship. They are that couple that everyone around can assume as a constant.

I wonder if I'm the only one who wants the two blondes to stop acting gay and become real-deal gay.

I think they are gay and just let their friends think they are acting gay to get away with it without causing some narrow minds to short circuit.

Well this chapter was very confusing. I have no clue anymore what her real motive is. I'm fine with character not always telling the truth, but what is not funny is when in single chapter you get so many contradictions, you can't believe anything they say and you need to wait for next chapter to specifically tell you what the hell is actually going on.

I think what Maekawa said throughout the chapter was true, and she was using the last bit as a way to run away from her past yet again, without getting Shimizu involved in it. She is still bothered by the fact that she can no longer create mangas like she used to, and it's up to Shimizu to bring her back to a place where she is happy with herself; all while Maekawa falls for Shimizu more and more. If anything, it makes stuff a little clearer for me.

The next few chapters will make it clear to us how much drama is going to be a part of this manga, on a scale of 0 to Citrus.

So, that's the explanation. So, it's not about author, glad to know it.
Thank you very much. Does it mean Chinese government is making some censorships about LGBT contents? Or it's about something else?

Emperor Xi's cracking down on pretty much everything considered insufficiently "Chinese" and patriotic. Think "Socialist Realism" style cultural controls. Anyone's guess how much of that is due to his personal values (and/or those of factions he's aligned with), how much is the usual intraparty power games and how much is wider Party nervousness about their position (they're not pouring megabucks into creating a truly Orwellian high-tech surveillance state "just because").
Kind of anxious times to be outside the conformist mainstream in any case.

So, that's it... Thanks, it explains a lot.

It's good to know that author is not one of them who are teasing just because they can, until readers become infuriated.
Not that we are against teasing, but not overstepping that subtle boundaries of good taste :)

Now, with explanation, it's clear. We were really close to disappointment about manhua, but now all is forgiven

Even I felt that the manhua was going in circles a while ago, until I learned of all the trouble the Chinese Government is giving the author, and similar LGBT staples of a Chinese rainbow-flag bearer. (Rela, a largely lesbian social platform was apparently taken down multiple times). It's sad that places like the Middle East, China, Korea, etc.do stuff like this, but it's the world we live in today.

After I found out the truth, my respect for the author went through the roof, especially after this chapter, because I honestly thought the author was trying their hardest to make SJ and QT's lips come as close as possible and holding off on the last few millimeters to keep the government out of it. To see them actually go through with it. DAMN!
