I don't know how that picture would confirm that, but Ningiyau mentioned in a deleted tweet from 2020 that Akane is her cousin. Technically it was an image that called Fuji and Akane "related" and another that called two women "sisters", 小夜子 (looks like Akane's mom) maybe read as Sayako and 陽輪子 (probably Fuji's mom) whose reading I can only guess is Yoriko.

It wouldn't confirm anything, only that those two are connected in some way. This was just my imagination running wild haha.

I don't know where but I read that Akane is actually Fuji's cousin so that means Yuka maybe likes someone who is the cousin of the person who likes her...that is wild.

This chapter was short but wow it was great. So Aoyama knows huh XD. All this needs now is her blood sister coming back for some serious angst...maybe?

I don't think this manga is going slow at all how are people losing patience or interest...The last few chapters if anything are really driving the plot. There's only so much that can happen in 4 pages so ofcourse it won't be as fleshed out compared to a 20 page chapter but overall its still really good and fresh.

Speaking of philosophy, that's why Kishiya was so surprised that Fuji was in 2nd year...because that's when she knew that Fuji was a year ahead of her.

It's like one of those chains of unrequited love. Eventually someone has to let go of their first love and settle for the person who likes them. I can't say I'm a fan of this setup but hopefully it'll be done right in this story.
