at the beginning of summer break (ch 83), she was riding her bike around koguma's neighborhood bc she was too shy to ask her out. not really stalking, i don't think, but she is just shy and hangs out where she thinks she might see kogu. she also bumped into her when she was shopping another time. i'm pretty sure this is bc she just loiters around where she thinks kogu might be. kinda reminds me of adachi in that way.

Yup yup. I'm pretty sure there's a Takemya Jin story with that premise. It's less them fighting over the idol and more the two joining together in their thirst and then falling for each other.

I think that's a really big point. There are a lot of things that I find to be cute in manga that I would be, quite frankly, horrified by in real life.

PvP or PvE doesn't really matter. There are plenty of free to play single player games that try to nickel and dime you. Anyway, I feel this is starting to go a bit off topic, so this will be my last response on it.

So, my issue with gacha games is that they're typically designed to try to get you to spend money, and that has a tendency of ruining a game that I would otherwise enjoy if they're too aggressive with it.

It's not a gacha, but I'm gonna use GTA Online for my example since I used to play that a lot and the type of issue is more or less the same. I spent a lot of time playing GTAO in the past because it was a pretty enjoyable time, but over the years they got more and more aggressive with their monetization of it to the point where you basically had to treat the game as a second job if you wanted to do basically any of the new stuff without having to drop a bunch of money on it.

It's just one of those things where Genshin is a game that you're meant to put a lot of time into it, but the fact that it's a Gacha just makes me want to stick with the long term games I already play and know don't try to nickel and dime me. Asking existing and former players for their opinion on how aggressive the Gacha is doesn't help, because, again, I've seen plenty say you can easily play without spending money, and plenty saying the exact opposite. The only real way for me to find out would be to play it myself, but I'm not really willing to put the time into actually doing that. Not right now at the very least. Maybe someday down the line I'll bite the bullet and give it a try.

Honestly, I don't even mind throwing money at a game like this if I'm having a good time and don't feel like they're trying to force me to give them money to continue enjoying it. I've thrown money at Warframe several times over the years cause I've never actually felt I needed to spend money on the game, but I get massive amounts of enjoyment from it so I'll occasionally buy cosmetics and such to show support.

Okay, yeah, that video was nice. It was very enjoyably stylish, and that ending was cute.

It kinda sucks, cause I would like to give Genshin a try, but it being a gacha just really turns me off. I see a lot of people say it's not that bad, but I see just as many people talk about dropping thousands on the game, so meh. I think I'll just stay content with seeing fanmade stuff like this for now.

I know nothing about Genshin Impact, but this is absolutely adorable.
