If it's canon that Scorpia has two biological moms (which it pretty much is, she looks like a combination of both of them), then same sex conception is probably completely normal on Etheria, even for people who don't have She-ra powers. Somehow.

Considering that Catra spends most of her time trying to impress her evil overlords, rise up in the hierarchy and being mad at Adora for literally rebelling against the authority, student council Catra and delinquent Adora does make a lot of sense. She probably got that bandaid from a fight.

Well, not sure about more traditional, but Bram Stoker did borrow stuff from that story when he wrote Dracula.

There's also Japanese folk tales about the shapeshifting bakaneko* drinking blood from or even eating their owners, which this manga could be inspired by. They also drank lamp oil, and could breathe fire in some stories.

*"Changed cat". There was a belief that when a cat grew old enough, usually seven to thirteen years depending on the region, it would become as smart as a human and do all kinds of horrible deeds, from murder and reanimating the dead to dancing around with a towel on its head. Honestly, most Japanese folklore can be summed up as "everything in your house will eventually become sentient and try to kill you. Yes, even your sandals".
Not to be confused with nekomata, the two tailed monster cats. Even if they're honestly kinda the same thing but with a different amount of tails.

Vampire cats are reasonably common in folklore and legends, both in Japan and the west. One of the very first vampire novels (predating Dracula) was Carmilla, which featured a lesbian vampire turning into a cat form to feed on young women.

Fell right into her love trap.

Sorry for the wall of text, just excited to see Sentai around here. And Sayo is one of the best pink rangers ever.

This show actually has canon yuri, even if it's just one episode.
An internet gothic lolita idol is stalking the (male) blue ranger and wants to marry him despite him being terrified of her, to the point where she lets herself get possessed by a demon. The Kiramagers defeat the demon, and the stalker instantly falls in love with the pink ranger Sayo instead (because she seriously is the coolest character in the show and fights like an absolute badass).

In the end, Sayo turns her down with an "you shouldn't just settle for any random cool person you see" speech (because Sayo is a responsible adult who isn't gonna marry a crazy character-of-the-week teen with known obsessive behaviour), but she does this in the most smooth, homoerotic, sparkly pink background way possible in a kids show, and even her teammates are moved by the intense gay aura.

So the episode ends with the girl showing up at the hospital where Sayo works, begging her for a thorough checkup (and frustrating poor Sayo).

Tl;dr: pink ranger turns girls gay, and is suspiciously good at the whole acting like a stereotypical yuri top thing. Also the team's mentor is literally the Apple Pen guy. It's a fun show.

^It's pretty much canon, actually. In the LWA game, it's revealed that Hanna saw Amanda in a suit, and has developed a huge crush on who she thinks is a super handsome guy. She eventually finds out that guy was actually Amanda, but continues crushing on her.

That's also part of why fan artists love to show Hanna in a state of gay panic.
And it fits nicely with the rest of her team being in popular pairings (Diana x Akko and Barbara x Lotte), so this way she's not left out.

Definitely one of the best yuri artists I've ever seen. Amazing anatomy and boob physics aside, there's this great, romantic playfulness to their art. It's happy sex, the best kind of sex.
And they have a massive fetish for office ladies, which is just excellent taste in general.
