Chapter 14 ending had me mentally yelling "Go, Go, Rapid Rabbit!" unironically for the first time in the series. As outmatched, generally incompetent, and played-like-a-fiddle-by-villains Hayate could be, SHE IS A HEROINE.

As for earlier discussion, why is "pay rent money, or I evict you" a legitimate business transaction, but "have sex or pay money, or I evict you" extortion?

TL;DR: ANY form of "have sex, or [whatever]" are legally extortion in any civilized country. Deal with it. Thanks God for "Hentai Japan" where such things don't lead to prison time but to yuri comedy shenanigans.

Two things to say about this one:
1) I hope the people that got weirded by the characters getting beaten and hurt were weirded for reading it BEFORE the Ryona tag was added. Otherwise, well, you shouldda know what you were getting into.
2) this one depicts rather clearly why the BDSM community has the words "sane, safe, consensual" as a mantra. Clearly, nobody ever told the characters about that mantra. In that sense, it was... unsetlingly realistic of what could happen in such a situation.

IAKi100atT, you're wrong regarding how vehicular deaths look like. After being run over by a deadly Japanese truck, her parents were lucky it didn't have to be a closed-casket funeral (no "chunky salsa rule" here).
But, you pulled a meatloaf ("two out of three ain't bad"). You are right in Mori's closure of knowing she WAS loved, AND you are also right in Akashi's closure of being able to let Mori know she loved her (AND have her feelings acepted). It's a tragedy, but at least it's a tragedy with closure (a lack of clossure makes tragedies FAR worse).

Why haven't been posted the last few chapters of this masterpiece? Just wondering.

BugDevil, she's 100% dere, 0% tsun. Just she tries (stil in full dere mode) to deny it. I think it would rather need a "transparent closet" or "suspiciously specific denial" tag.
