This exchange IMO provides further evidence that Yuzu is also romantically fond of Minami and has realized it, but is a bit better/more used to downplaying/hiding it.

Thanks for the link! And the legends certainly line up perfectly with what we've seen so far, including not being perceived as a monster until the second mouth activates. Even knowing what she is, though, the question of which of the various origins applies here still remains - including whether the second mouth is hers or her step-daughters. Knowing that she said the step-daughter died young and the second mouth talking about getting slashed, it may well be the version with the step-daughter becoming the second mouth, but there's also always a small chance of her husband taking the axe to her instead, possibly to avenge his daughter.
