And here I was, thinking that some ideas for posts that were made in my head, but which I decided not to type in here, were too much... Seemingly, I was wrong...

I expected a slightly funnier music for the "I'm glad there's three of us" scene, but other than that they nailed it. X) Sayaka's embarrassment was especially great.

And that struggle over the phone pics. If it lasted a few seconds longer, I probably would've laughed so hard, half of Podgorica would hear it.
EDIT: And, before you ask, yes, Podgorica is, indeed, my hometown.

(not that many cartoons with that kind of subject matter in the West).

I wish I could say something that wouldn't be spammy, but unfortunately, the only appropriate thing I have to say to that will only be at home over at Dynasty Cafe.

Alright, watched the episode. This was a good one, I loved it. Not only because, just like every other episode, it keeps with the manga, but also because this episode also includes some of the funnier or funniest scenes most especially that scene over phone pictures and the ensuing fight (if you can even call it that) over them. Nonetheless, it also has some of the sadder scenes as well most notably the one of how Ichigaya told Touko what Mio was like as a student council president. All in all, it was a good episode.
Tangents: First, I tried watching the episode on the phone, but it struggled to get beyond the early-to-mid second minute. Once, I even shouted (and I quote in my native language now): Što neće ovaj kurac da upali? (roughly translating to "Why doesn't this fucker wanna go?", although the word "kurac", on itself, carries the meaning of (saying in a low, quiet, shy, slightly ashamed/embarrased voice)... male... genitals..., (continues as if nothing happened) and then I laughed so hard at myself, saying (this time translating all but one curse word directly): "Did I seriously just say that at a yuri anime. Saying "pizda" would've been more appropriate", with "pizda" carrying the meaning of (saying in a low, quiet, shy, slightly ashamed/embarrased voice)... female... genitals...
(continues as if nothing happened) Second, due to the loading issues and my brother being somewhat of a nuisance, I went to watch the episode at my grandparents' computer. After having finished watching the episode, I went to make this post, and was just shocked and even scared by how many posts I've made, like HOLY SHIT!

Well, I managed to find my avatar on Pixiv https://imgur.com/gallery/WT2hKRN
Edit: found a better quality version (can't find the original though).

Also the episodes up early this week https://goanimelist.me/yagate-kimi-ni-naru-episode-11

Now that's what I call a cute picture. But... I'm yet to go to watch the episode, probably after dinner...

EDIT:
I'm about to start watching it so... thank you for making the work shorter by posting that link!

Several months ago, I found this map of the different racial groups and races: https://i.redd.it/7mkan2wpujf01.png
However, more recently, when I went to see the map again, this time country by country, I was a bit surprised when I saw how Cuba looked like. I decided to copy a certain line from a certain ongoing manga, and change it up to be suitable for the situation, and said, quote: "Cuba... is whiter than I thought...".

Its because most of them are descendants of spanish inmigrants.... but If I had to choose they are multicultural... or latin as the rest of Latin America, its a mix, in some places its more white such as Argentina or Chile.. in other more native american (its hard to find, but Guatemala some places of Mexico), in other places have more of the african blood like in the caribean islands, but in the end... its a mix. T
one of the most famous cuban, Celia Cruz and his husband are a mix

Yes, all of that is true, and it's even showed on Masaman's map, but, nevertheless, I still thought Cuba would be much more mixed-raced than white.

I see the preview images for tomorrows (UTC) episode is out. Hope we get to see animes take on Yuu's bigger than I thought line.

They ain't gonna skip anything.

Ahh, yes. One of the funnier lines in the entire manga.

Now, uhh, I know what I'm about to say will almost certainly be inappropriate, (albeit, not spam), but I'm kinda underwhelmed by the lack of new fanarts. I would've drawn some myself, if I didn't SUCK at drawing something else than countryballs or maps. So I guess I should, in addition to being underwhelmed by what I mentioned in the first sentence, also be disappointed at myself...

Was the post fair enough?

When it comes to watching anime, I just go to whatever sight I can watch it free and good quality. The main reason I don't go on sites that I have to pay for is because online paying is still thought of being way too risky in my country.

Eh. I don't usually watch AMVs and MMVs, but sure. I'll give it a try.
Thank you @BugDevil, this is the first time in a long while that something beside my own yawning has made me feel my tears in my eyes.

I don't make recommendations like that lightly. This one was legitimately amazing. The editing in particular was stunning. It even was the English translation. Aimer can never go wrong either.

Which does beg the question though: Is there some kind of art book with manga panels colored in? I mean it was pretty much pages from the entire manga professionally colorized. Is there a colored print? Was it fans like with the Jojo works?
I'd love to read it.

EDIT: Nevermind... the uploader colored them all on their own. Holy. Shit. Welp... Talent like that will run in open doors.

Wait, I always thought all people are talented only for certain things... I, for one, find myself as talented of thinking up storylines for mapping series. If anyone wants me to spoil some of these, hit me up at Dynasty Cafe.

Oh, OK. Don't worry about it.
Edit:
Although in that case, the end won't come for another 11 - 15 months by my estimates. (Nakatani being 80% done, so that would be two more volumes, and the shortest volume being 7 chapters with the longest being 9)

Let's not think about that and just enjoy the nice music video, shall we~?

And let me tell you: You know that you're a fan of history, if you're still getting frustrated over what happened to the Great Library of Alexandria.

yeah! its frustrating..... what could have happened in science, tecnology, politically... ohhh man.....

I know, right? And it was kinda destroyed part by part. When Julius Caesar burned the Alexandrian harbour to get rid of the Egyptian navy, the fire spread to the library, burning a part of it, but, luckily, it was relatively minor damage and it continued working. Unfortunately, Christianity came to town in the 3rd or 4th century, and the library had many of the knowledge in it confiscated, hidden away, or burned. What scrolls remained were eventually taken by the Arabs when they took the city in the 7th century, but not before (you guessed it) some of these remain scrolls were burned or have seemply been lost.
EDIT:
People say that the destruction of the Great Library of Alexandria has slowed down human development by a millenium. I call it that, IF the fire Caesar caused didn't spread out of the harbor, and IF the early Christians weren't overly zealous, and IF the Rashiduns were more careful during their conquest of Egypt, mid-to-late 12th century people would have the same technology as we do today.

A lot of people don't seem to realize that it's impossible not to include politics (in the wider sense, i.e. not restricted to everyday democratic process or lawmaking) in art. Even if an artist sets out to create something with the explicit goal of not taking a poltical side, that is also by itself a political side. Yuri in general is a genre that has always been heavily charged with politics since for starters it depicts something that many people still consider to be unnatural, immoral or unsavory. If it's impossible to create art that isn't political, then this is true about yuri even moreso.

On the on-topic side, I'm very late to the party; I just watched episode 9. Tensions were felt on unexpected levels. It still amazes me that Bloom into You has become a TV series, and a good one at that.

You're only at episode 9? Well, at least you're far ahead of my younger brother...

So, unfortunately, YagaKimi getting 4th will be difficult, and 3rd even harder. 2nd and 1st? Unfortunately, damn near impossible.

On an off-topic note, I have a question that's been bugging me for 8 hours, so can we, at any of y'all's earliest convenience tomorrow, head to Dynasty Cafe, so I could actually ask it?

Episode 10 was cute, but… the "Riko trying to kiss Miyako while she's on the phone" scene was funnier in the manga. That's all I have to say.

True.

lmao

Doesn't even look like they're bothering to read the thread either which kinda totally defeats the entire purpose of a forum.

the mods are really nice on BV by letting him stay so long, maybe too nice?
but hey, thats my opinion :/

If that's the case, it's good I went through the trouble of punishing myself.

Also, I watched the episode, and really enjoyed it, although it did feel a tiny bit rushed, but, over all, it was pretty good and was keeping to the manga. Now, I've noticed this before, but I somehow always forgot to mention in previous episodes: Koyomi has a deeper voice than what I imagined while reading the manga. The real problem wasn't with the episode itself, but the site I was using, as I litterally had to reload the page 5 times in order to watch it to the end.
On a barely-can-even-count-as-even-a-tiny-bit-related-note, during the "wholes" created by the long loading times, I got some weird ideas, but afterwards, when I think of sharing them here, my thoughts were: "No, BV. Nooo. No. Don't. Don't do another one of those crazy ideas that got you into deep trouble in the first place. Noooo. Nope. Stop.".
