I always find fan stories of any kind where Chisato is clingy and/or easily starved for attention a bit ooc.

Still, cute story, and I do hope we'll get another one, as foreshadowed in the ending here.

I think its fitting, from my pov i always saw her as a selfless selfish girl due to her limited life time situation, if i had to put her in a relationship with Takina i would too make her very clingy

Guess I'm a bit hypersensitive today, cause I found this one a bit irritating. The idea that a straight girl has to be concerned about being closed in with a group of lesbians triggers me a little. It's like suggesting that lesbians are predators constantly on the hunt for fresh prey and will pounce when she wanders into range (never-mind that one did), even if just for comic effect. It felt unpleasant.

I mean, if there is a lesbian only car, there has to be a REASON for it to exist. Idk if you get what in trying to say

the only thing holding this story back a bit is that Kita is very out of the closet in canon. Some lines felt a bit weird because of that.

I had the same feeling, it felt so out of character for her.

Rather than out of the closet she is "out of the closet" Kita's mom thought that when she was talking about Ryo/Bocchi she was talking about a boy, and was relaxed the moment she saw bocchi was a girl and not a dude, well she put up her guard up again when another misunderstanding came in but you get what im trying to say right? The fact that she didnt see bocchi as a "threat" means that either she doesnt know her daughter likes girls (or likes girls too) or that the story doesnt treat Kita's sexuality as something serious enough

But that's just with her mom. Kita is very much openly gay and doesn't hide it all outside of home. A kid being out to everyone but their family isn't exactly unheard of.

Nah, i think he was there but not for too long, he is a doctor and has showed that he values life as much as Satsuki so for him to not have gone to check on her its kind of contradictory
