You're thinking of "mo" without the "u", which means also/too.

Good point. looking it up, it seems Mou means "still/already"

So the literal translation of the sentence would be closer to "The Me who is still one" or perhaps "My still oneness."

Kind of awkward to translate, so I see why they went with "Other me" but I like the sense of unity in the Japanese version
