I have (what I'm assuming to be) the last volume already on pre-order from last year and each new chapter that comes out just makes me happier with that decision.

So far this series is really living up to being the GOAT of all toku tropes. Now we're just missing the everyone HENSHIN-ing in unison event, that's hopefully going to happen in the next chapter.

I might be wrong on this (I do hope I am) but as far as I remember, the author hasn't set up any "miracles" that might be relevant to save Kaori, so..... T.T

It's sad that this series ended up as a nothingburger, not even counting that it had no yuri. It was at least more engaging when the cast was smaller and the goal was more personal (saving the original aquarium). Second half of the show was boring af

I'm still (hopelessly) rooting for harem ending because I believe every girl in this series is best girl and they all deserve to be happy together, but holy cow childhood friend winning is like the next best thing.
I can't even begin to explain how much I hate the "newcomer long (black) haired girl comes and steals mc from osananajimi" trope. Its so overdone

Oh man Miko's soo dead. Most probably she's baiting Shiori to kill her because... reasons, since I think it would be a huge cop out if she actually does suddenly want to eat Hinako after all these flashbacks and holding back all this time. But yeah regardless of that, I'm 99.5% certain she's dead next chapter.

Gotta make a mental note to remember this mangaka's name for my future sanity if that happens.

Damn, I never took a liking to dark haired girl myself (Shiori was it?), but now I'm all in rooting for Miko, even so far as to feel a bit of hate towards Shiori for being such a pompous asshole in this chapter.

But going by my luck Miko's more than likely going to die now and Shiori's gonna get the girl. Depressed sigh

Ooo so Yuina gets her powers from her mother's side of her family. I guess that's why she's not tired-depressed like Miko from Mieruko-chan since she can talk about it with her family. Or Re-Kan where the main character, Hibiki, has friends (and a "best" friend who's also a girl wink wink) who knows that she can see ghosts.

Man I love all these "I can see ghosts" comedy anime/mangas. Especially when they're yuri adjacent

Just throwing out a wild guess, I think the punishments the system gives are equivalent to what "villainess task" Yvonne has to do. Since the first chapter involved literal murder (and the points given are either 50 or 100), that's why she got exiled for going against it.

The second chapter's rewards were only a piddly 5/2/0 points. So I'm guessing if she ignored them this time, the punishment wouldn't have been as severe. But hey she wouldn't have gotten the "waterworks cg" if she did that so win/win?

A shame the guys ran away with the screen time in S2 (and from what I heard every novel after S2). It would be pretty refreshing to see someone like Mary and Maria try to woo Katarina for themselves.
