^ I can already hear all the other readers screaming internally because of that. I'm also screaming internally right now, but not because of the "no chapter this month" thing, but because my place ran out of water..

I don't think there's much I can do about sites being blocked since that's something we have to deal with in Australia now. Anime streaming sites have been blocked too, and the only legal one we have access to here is AnimeLab.

Oh... oh, bother. And you say you're from Australia?! What the everlasting fuck is yer government doin'?

I swear to God waiting for this is worse than whatching Plague Dogs and Wathership Down

At least you don't have the irrational fear of Talinight travelling through the multiverse in effort to conquer it shivers and sweats profusely

Fuck, why I'm here again...

IDK for you, but I end up here due to entering the thread to check for new posts... only to skip most of said new posts.

I only have access to this free VPN for a month (since I obviously can't afford a paid service) so I guess I have to read all the manga I can before it runs out. :')

Go for it. We'll cheer on you. I hope you can one day get out of your sticky situation (you've described that situation in your previous comment).

I've never had alcohol in my tea before sounds wild o.o

most exotic thing was salt but that's cos I was drunk and curious

That salt in tea thing is not even as weird as you might think. Tibetans and Kashmiris do it. ALL. THE. FUCKING. TIME.

I dunno if that could be called euthanasia (probably because I don't know what euthanasia is, lol)? If I understood correctly, the virus doesn't really kill off males, but just prevents any new males being born, with this causing extinction of males to be a slow, yet noticable one? I think I just said what everyone probably already agrees is the case, so this post is probs useless.

EDIT:
OK, only now do I see BugDevil's post ^. It definitely wouldn't count as euthanasia.

The fact that I couldn't access this site without a VPN has pretty much confirmed my suspicions that the ISP has blocked it.

... My condolences, comrade...

Anyways, reading new posts in several forums, including this one, made me forget what I originally wanted to comment after reading this part of the chapter, so here it is:

The plot thickens.

My take is that they got switched somehow when they were kids. So now both are actually back where they belong after the Real "Normal" Marika went and did whatever voodoo she had to do to make it happen.

I'm inclined to believe that your take on it is as same as mine, but, just to check if I'm right to believe so, I'm gonna say it in my words anyway:
What we thus far thought were YuriMarika and NormalMarika, respectively, are actually NormalMarika and YuriMarika respectively, but they somehow switched worlds at a very early age, and ended up growing up on each other's universes, only to get back to their respective universes of birth at the beginning of chapter 1 or so.

Does fiction reflect reality or does reality copy fiction?

Yes.

This manga is gonna be good.
I do think we do need to add the comedy tag, tho.
Also, the kouhai is denser than a strangelet!

That blonde girl seems to think they're lesbians. I don't know if that's a reliable source or not but it's worth considering.

Depends what she means when she says "lesbian". If she means "gay girls", she's right. If she means "someone from the Greek island of Lesbos", she's wrong.

I hate the trope in 90% wlw content ever where they show two queer women can't be friends, they need to jump each other and have some sort of sexual tension or love triangle drama between them. It's obvious that the director or writer whatever is a creepy straight dude or an oblivious straight woman. I wish there was some wlw content where the two women act as each other's wingwomen, like normal bffs, instead of eye sexing each other at every opportunity. As a gay gal with a bi best friend, I feel very underrepresented.

You and @matsuri_wins would make the greatest frienemies I feel.

How didn't I think of that myself when I read that post you replied to?

Fuck the English,

That's what I would've commented on a BazBattles documentary about the battle of Brunanburh, and on HistoryTime documentaries about Constantine II, king of Alba and Olaf Guthfrithson, the greatest of the Ui Ímair Viking kings of Dublin. I would've... IF the guy from HistoryTime wasn't English himself.

As the English myself I encourage you to do it anyway :o

Hmm... Maybe I could compromise by saying "Fuck the English of the first half of the 10th centrury!"?

Kanade was never meant to be with Nanaki.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna pull a "Knowing Better" on this one (coincidentally, what I'm about to say is from his "Hitting Rock Bottom" video, so it's kinda fitting).

Technically, no one is ever truly meant for someone else. The fairytale idea that there's someone out there who's your soulmate and once you find them you'll be with them forever, is little more than wishful thinking. "Knowing Better" blames Disney for putting that idea into our heads. Instead, you find (and fall in love with) a person that fits most your criteria and make it work. In "Knowing Better"'s own words, Relationships are work. The way I see it, what's going on between Kanade and Nanaki is an example of both of them working to solve their own and each other's issues, albeit slowly, given how deep those issues are, as well as the fact that they're teenagers, and the relationship they're building requires a lot of work from both of them, and, as we've seen in recent chapters, some help from their friends.

Also, just in case you think that by referencing the "Hitting Rock Bottom" video by "Knowing Better" that I'm trying to argue either or both MCs have gone through experiences traumatic enough to count as hitting rock bottom: I'm not arguing that. Such a traumatic experience needs to happen in adulthood. It's not gatekeeping, it's just psychology and neuroscience.
