Yeah, I'm pretty sure there are always at least two pairs of eyes and three satellites belonging to the household pointed in her direction, but the parents don't want to interfere where they don't absolutely have to. I wonder if Hitomi is aware, but going by how sharp she is, my money's on "yes".

I think that's the point. It's currently seems like it's not a feel-good bubbly love story. Not the twist I expected, not the twist I originally came to this manga for, but out-of-the-ordinary enough for me to continue giving it the time of day.

Also I don't see how ex-boyfriend-scumkun has been "redeemed".

It's currently pretty firmly in Yuri Crush territory, with the potential to go either way.

Am I the only one who thinks Midori might turn Yandere? I'm 100% just going off her eyes in the few frames that show her head-on, like the second panel here and the first panel here. They look overly intense, paired with the superficially calm demeanor.
I'm probably jumping at shadows here, but I think it'd be kinda funny if it went dark. I have not read Sinkun's other work and not looked at the raws.

Nah, the real goal of the body swap is clearly getting them to wash each other while still having the excuse that they're only washing their own bodies. :D

Although hitting heads right as they're about to do so and finding themselves face to face with the naked other would be fun as well.

They're totally gonna slip in the bath after they're done washing their respective bodies, land atop of one another, hit their heads and lay there in their birthday suits. Hino's gonna land on the bottom and Koguma on top. Having switched back, Hino will naturally wake up first and decide "this isn't too bad, no reason to wake her up" (while also internally steaming, cf. my profile pic) and just lay there, with maximum body contact, until Koguma wakes up and will be slightly flustered by the situation.

(Mind you I have not read ahead, this is pure speculation based on what happened up to chapter 102 :D )

I should have seen it coming, but page 6 got me good and cracked me up.

I'm sure Satou will eventually get around to explaining that she meant "if you try a bit harder, you can flirt with me" instead of "if you try harder, you can pay to flirt with me" :D

Now that the dub is starting I have finally caved and started watching my first Gundam show. It's a bit of a daunting franchise to get into with like 20+ shows...
But holy hell, that prologue was something else. If the rest is even half as great as that, I'm in for such an experience.

I maintain my stance that Yuki's love is more adoration than substantive romance.
At best, it's the puppiest of puppy love crushes.

So on the one hand I'm glad Yuki is pushing things along and thereby hurting her own cute attempts, but on the other hand the best outcome we should currently be hoping for would be something like this crazy oneshot with a promise to get together once law permits (that's being followed through in the final chapter/epilogue). The pining will be real.

Pretty much mirrors how Yuzu didn't mean romantically interested when she mentioned Tatsumi-san.

I mean, it's not the first time we've had this degree of tonal whiplash, which also wasn't handled spectacularly well, but I'm willing to look past those shortcomings for the wacky factor.
