the spoons thing is just a useful metaphor to explain some of the ways metal illness affects one's day-to-day life. i use it when talking to people who have a hard time understanding what depression/anxiety means for me personally.

neeko being exhausted for days after doing something so intense is something that i experience too.

Or maybe its because the author makes the faces too similar to each other , sometimes i dont know wich is neeko an wich is her friend like in this comiket chapter in certain panels.

yep. this mangaka is pretty bad at that. neeko and uri are nearly indistinguishable in this chapter. doesn't help that uri made a "neeko face" on page 104....

we are doing our best to get the chapters out in a timely manner, hopefully the next one will be out a bit quicker.

i think arata iri puts a lot of effort into writting her characters a lot of ppl like to trash the side characters on tovarisch but i think they´re really well written, all of them have well defined personalities,they work really well as a group and the way every characters act differently depending on who they are talking to is something i rarely see on manga,

tovarisch feels really rushed to me. it's clear that all the characters are well designed, but they didn't have time to breathe. seemed like too much content was squashed into too few panels, and as a result it was extremely chaotic.

this series by contrast has had enough time to explore the entire ensemble cast, and its much better for it.

i really wanted to like tovarisch, since i like the characters, but it just wasn't readable for me. i couldn't follow the action and conversations from panel to panel.

There are a lot of barriers to same-sex parenting in Japan, and wanting children is often a reason past relationships have failed in yuri manga stories. It's a common fear among gay people, especially people who have feelings for someone that is straight or bi, that they'll eventually want to move on to a relationship that can lead to children.

it has kind of low activity on dynasty scans because we didnt start uploading here until sometime around chapter 30. (it's no yuri after all.) it's been uploading on mangadex since the start, and gets a lot more comments there. i feel like many people who might comment on it here that have read it for a while just do so on mangadex, since that's where it's always been uploaded.

FYI ch.15 links to ch.14

for some reason chapter 15 went before chapter 14 in the series, so if you read 15, it would let you hit "next chapter" and take you to chapter 14. not sure what caused it, but its fixed now. thanks :)
