Coco explained her decision to leave in a recent members-only stream. Basically, she's leaving because of creative differences with management. She wants to go in a direction that is the opposite of what management wants for the company so they keep shutting down her ideas and she has stopped enjoying the job.

She also said that she and Kanata will continue to live together for the foreseeable future.
